I haven't been able to get videos to run here lately so you can watch this short video from, Dr. Mortman GWUH - Lung Damage from COVID-19. It's a virtual tour of infected lungs.

Asking very naive, can a lung regenerate to a degree or is it permanent? Anyone knows? I do not have sound.

Association chain: Dr. Mortman, Rick and Morty, Adventure park.

I suspect that the lungs will probably never fully recover and the degree of permanent damage is probably individual.
There was no sound.
