Nigerian Brothers Are Set To Testify Against Jussie Smollett

It's getting good now. Only thing missing is for someone to go after prosecutor Kim Foxx for obstruction and get her disbarred.

Smollett was charged for the second time on Tuesday and is due in court on February 24

They however think his lawyers were 'so hurtful and offensive' in brandishing them as dishonest

The lawyer for the Nigerian brothers at the center of the Jussie Smollett 'hoax' attack scandal say they are prepared to testify at his trial but that they will not feel vindicated unless the Empire actor is found guilty of lying to police.

The brothers last year filed a lawsuit against Smollett's attorney, Tina Glandian, after she went on Good Morning America and a podcast to accuse them of lying.

The brothers have always admitted that they went along with Smollett's alleged hoax plot but because they never made any statements to police about it, they were never charged.

Personally, I think Smollett being charged with six counts of disorderly conduct is a joke. He perpetrated a hate crime hoax, and will likely pay just a fine and get his hand slapped with no jail time. At least the world will know what a lying POS he is, so that's a good thing.

If you are charged with disorderly conduct you are looking at a class C misdemeanor that carries with it up to 30 days in jail and up to a $500 fine. In general, most people that get a conviction for disorderly conduct either end up with a fine or a fine and probation.

He wanted the attention and was willing to push a false narrative that could have ended much differently. Thankfully no one cared enough about his dumb ass and the police seen through his b rated acting.
This could have went much differently if he had actually pulled it off. Imagine the outrage from both the African American and LGBTQ,etc communities that Trump supporters would had to endure just because they openly support their president.
