I think the idea has just gone overboard with liberals using the term to shut down conversation.

Her dad is white like Obamas mom was white. Do they hate half of themselves? Are they ashamed of being half white? Does this mean they only have half a race card? Is the press stirring the pot again?
I wonder when people are going to join the human race and put this BS behind.

Ya... Sure... A glaring continuity difference is just swept up as nothing..
I wonder how much more comparison would it take to show there's a difference in treatment of just the one royal...
There's been many duchess and other whom married into royal, none treated quite like this from day one.....
Path..

In my opinion, a white male does hold some privilege in western society as they have the least likely chance to be opressed because of race or gender.
Majority people in western power are white males, so opportunity and perspective has historically favored white males. It's only recently that it has been pointed out.

That said, he is most likely still not a huge fan, but when you have the same media outlets saying very positive things about Kate, and then extremely negative and assuming things about Meghan, how would you feel then?
What's with all the negative press about Meghan about?

I wonder how much of all that is because she is an American more than being 50% black.

You're (half) right. Whereas Meghan was given much deference in the beginning, Princess Diana and Fergie of York and Duchess Catherine were all mercilessly hounded, criticized and tormented by the media. Waity Katy ring a bell??? How about Duchess of Pork???
And whereas these ladies worked hard and earned the respect and popularity they now enjoy, Meghan herself squandered the respect and deference she was initially given.
Imagine the circus had he hooked up with a Kardashian.

Prince Harry took a long time to forgive the tabloids and media, he blamed them for his mothers death.
