The FISA application numbers are in the format XX-YYYY. If I understand the system correctly, XX is the year, and YYYY is the application number within that year.

If I've got that right, then it's the last two warrants that have been declared invalid.

Considering the #18 came from the Chinese government...it would be smart to add another one or two zeros to that actual death toll.

To halt two cities in China to stop finance and circulation of individuals going about their usual business to prevent it spreading, is a massive undertaking. Careful not to read the media hype and manifest it. This series of events and posts and reports and hype were all part of the Ebola panic. I said at the time that was a dud and would result in zero, yet many hit me with stats, figures, virus science etc.

This will be as well. The pattern is the key thing to notice, it is the same as all the previous pattern manifestations. And no, "this time they are serious" is not in play. They were serious in all the others too. They will get money again, but little more.

Why now? ImpeacMENT is why. Failure will result in the worst possible outcome for the Controllers - the collective refutes the narrative machine's wishes.

I had it right: They've concluded that the last two FISA warrants lacked probable cause.

Q is saying that the WSJ is going to have to issue a correction saying all of the warrants lacked probably cause.

I don't know why Q is referring to Carter Page as [hops].

Yes. Exactly. The 2 where the predication should have gotten stronger (i.e. they should have gotten more evidence as they went along). They obviously did not get any more evidence for predication of the surveillance, and they then lied about everything because they knew that they would not continue to get these warrants approved without it.

I don't know about a dud per se, but I also don't think it's time to panic either.

I think China does have a problem, but I think the biggest enemy right now is lack of real, tangible, reliable information. Everyone only knows that they want to know at the moment or what they want to fear.

Fear is the mind-killer.

Until I start getting some real, verifiable fact, I'm not going to say one way or the other what this is or isn't because there is no way to know. Now that it's out of China, we should start to get some real information.

Ebola is a virus too. If this thing really does have a 2 week incubation period then people from China have already traveled all over the globe and mixed in with people from every corner of the planet. I think its a little too early to be downplaying something we dont know much about yet. Im not saying were all going to die or anything, but it does seem pretty bad. I have posted here information that shows the Government in China was aware of this going around in early December, yet did nothing to inform people or to stop people from traveling. By this point the cat is already out of the bag.
