Several officers ambushed and shot in Jersey City in apparent planned attack, situation ongoing

Several police officers have been shot and two suspects have barricaded themselves into a bodega in Jersey City

Police warned on radio transmission that the suspects are shooting at anyone they see on the street

gunfire begins each time a police officer attempts to move toward the bodega

The two suspects reportedly arrived in the area in a U-haul van and are carrying "long guns."

Active ongoing situation taking place in Jersey City. At least two shooters with a van and long guns have ambushed police officers, injuring at least two, but possibly more. The shooters have barricaded themselves inside a bodega and are reported to be shooting at anyone in sight. 12 schools are currently on lockdown with snipers on rooftops and helicopters patrolling the area.

As per usual, the two will get shot dead.

There will be a heated debate about "long guns".

The motive will be speculated about and hyped...there may even appear a manifesto somewhere.

Politicians will hyperventilate.

And at some point another politician will wave his/her bullet bracelets around, and voila!...just like that, there will be another shooting within a day or two.

New reports are saying that pipe bombs were found in the U-haul truck.

Reports are that the two shooters are dead.

Sounds to me more like some kind of sting or deal gone wrong.

The incident started in a cemetery with a plain clothes cop before it got to the bodega/kosher grocery. Really not your typical mass shooting MO.

Odd that there is no mention of race or religion...and as for "long gun" you mean a bb gun or perhaps a 22???

Wanted for murder this lovely male and female military style black Israelites purposely attacked a Jewish community.

Plans were to get into a school but they were being followed for a previous murder

Uhuh, seems to be the case almost every time something like this happens and as per usual they weren't used, I can smell the bull# from here.
