It was created on 10/14 and POTUS released it 10/17.

Now I may be completely wrong, but would this part from section 9 play against those that have taken their little Jordan trip? The fact they are "finding out about Syria" wouldn't this Section deem it that they couldn't be let back into the country now?

Sec. 9. For those persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, I find that because of the ability to transfer funds or other assets instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to be taken pursuant to this order would render those measures ineffectual. I therefore determine that for these measures to be effective in addressing the national emergency declared in this order, there need be no prior notice of a listing or determination made pursuant to this order.

Well, i. addition to the well-publicized Border Patrol agent shooting, one of the guns turned up in the attempted terrorist attack on the Texas "Cartoon Mohammed" event, and one turned up at Paris night club terrorism attacks.

Do you have a source for that? I hadn’t heard that a F&F gun was used at the bataclan, that’s definitely fascinating.

Yes it is. Well, I know the bad guys have their networks ... but that is quite a distance for an illicit weapon to travel. Unless some kindly diplomatic bag took pity on it ...

'Specially considering there is plenty of illicit ex-Soviet firearms in Europe.

Yes, they are based (some facility) in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

This is because a certain generation lives in a horrifying unreal bubble. They can't interact, can't converse, can't do a thing of a true nature like change a light bulb, but for them all is just an algorithm away. Data makes them experts in living.

LOL. So true, Cranky. Brings to mind visions of those who ride corporate buses and sleep at work in California, while "feeding" themselves on a smorgasbord of junk food. But they are considered "productive" by somebody.

Senator Grassley was "urged" to turn the Senate Judiciary chairmanship over to Lindsey Graham. Grassley led several initiatives to get to the bottom of Spygate. The fact that he had to turn chairmanship over to do-nothing Lindsey Graham is TROUBLING.

I think Chuck Grassley is basing his "concern" over how Graham is lacking action.. how Barr didn't indict Comey.. followed by how Horowitz is holding his FISA abuse IG Report from the public...for over 30 days now. A growing accumulation of "evidence" that something isn't right.

If there is anything positive, it's that Attorney General Barr is likely a "White Hat". He said to an interviewer that he reserves to himself the right to de-classify anything in Horowitz's FISA report, which was classified by department heads (like Wray) when they reviewed the finished product.

Last time I drove through Texas, past through San Antonio. From the freeway was an extremely oversized Mexico flag flying. No US flags to be seen anywhere.

I'm in Nor Cal and have lived in many apt complexes here that forbid flying the American flag, even on Independence Day. All say it's an aesthetic thing.

I'm all for patriotism for your home country, but...

Here in Humboldt and Mendocino Counties you typically try not to go tromping through the forests as there are Cartel grows who will shoot you on site.

I was good friends with a Deputy Sheriff who told me some stories about his job. He pointed out that the Cartel kidnaps family members then holds them as collateral to make people work the farms. If anything happens to the grow the family member suffers. Now this was before legalazation, but I'm sure it's still going on.
