You know the more wealth and power a person has it seems the longer they are able to get away with disgusting things like this. I just watched the series "Surviving R. Kelly" yesterday and was shocked at how complicit people- especially the Chicago police- were in the things he was doing. I guess money and power can buy silence and even assistance if you know how to throw them around!

That's why they have investigations. All possibilities, within reason, should be looked at. This is a life ruining accusation. Proof of guilt beyond all reasonable doubt is utterly necessary.
