Oh ya, they, and when I say they. I mean pretty much all nations and peoples, much more likely to start mining the landfills they they are mining the moon or other celestial bodies anytime soon, hell the cost alone on oxygen makes it more affordable, doable, and feasible, then sending spam in a can for years untold up in space so they can bring rocks back down here.
