Mozilla Firefox bookmarks help

Hello to all, recently my browser Firefox would continually crash, I used edge to download Firefox again but being a noob/dunce I did not export my bookmarks or logins (farcebook/ats) now on starting Firefox I have neither, can I find them anywhere on my pc, I have not reinstalled Windows if that helps.

I am using my phone as this is the only device with my login to facebook which I use to login to ats

Any help will be appreciated with my thanks from myself and my son

Thanks man, luckily I found out this also

my old profile was still stored and I could change back to it
