I would agree with you, but I do not think that was the intention of the post

They refuse to because they don't understand what they cannot see, in other words they have no faith - a pre requisite to receiving salvation of course.

Faith is also a pre-requisite to accepting that the bible is the innerant word of god. But which god? Many to choose from, in fact, even the bible hints to the pre new testament Israelites adapting the local gods and changing attributes of Jehovah after the Babylonian captivity.

So if the root is blemished what of the fruit and branch now called Christianity?

James in the new testament also had a few things to say about the Paulian fraudulent idea of salvation by faith, as opposed to faith by works.

You can only do so much, the rest is well - unfortunate for them.

And yet the beauty of the internet is that we are no longer captive to a middle-man interpreting for us.

Its is very fortunate for us that we don't subscribe to the Matrix trap of the soul.

For those accepting the bible as the inerrant word of god it is just plain rubbish let alone highly ignorant and stupid, now accepting the ten commandments is quite another matter indeed. I will not repeat myself over and over but a majority of bibles have a cross on them do they not?

Definition of inerrant- incapable of being wrong.

A cross is a graven image. Look up definition of graven image! then re-apply the statement that it is incapable of being wrong as the word of god.

The bible may have started out its journey as the tool it is thought to be before it was labelled "Bible", but through translation(s) and the inherent well known problems in translation of the literal meaning of words it has more than lost it's sparkle. Thus becoming the greatest tool to ever still be recognised as the Great Deception.

The sooner people who consider themselves worthy of a place in heaven recognise this the sooner their salvation will start to be felt instead of feeling abandoned.

So faith is clearly deeper than face value worth. Christianity is not understood by most so called Christians.

The beauty of the internet is that is was given to the masses to fool them into offering up everything about themselves for eventual pigeonholing but the wise use the internet against the powers that be to awake those that are awakable while theres still time.

Refer the movie The Human Bureau with Nicolas Cage for a fix of predictive programming in relation to the internets true purpose.

The middle man to the concerned/undecided should be more valuable than can ever be imagined and certainly should by no means be "cut out".

"Why don't you believe in God?"

Depends on what you mean by God but some proof might be nice.

Then there are the lies, atrocities, and mass genocide, throughout history perpetrated in his name.

It's kind of hard when one witnesses the people trying to punt the organized religious bullcrap to be some of the worst types around.

If God did/does exist "They" would be the first to get smote.
