South Korea news agency Yonhap said that North Korea has launched an unknown short-range missile. It’s not clear if this is a test.
The missile was reportedly launched from the Hodo Peninsula, an area on the east coast of North Korea known for live-fire testing of rockets, artillery and cruise missiles since the 1960s.
In March, President Donald Trump said he was a “little disappointed” by reports of new activity at a North Korean missile research center and long-range rocket site. Trump said time will tell if U.S. diplomacy with the reclusive country will be successful.

My source in North Korea, Mr. Ho Ree Kao said, "We brow up all Yankees. Yankees must die!"
That's all I have for now.

Well, testing missiles isn't good, specially for neighbor countries.

It's just a Short-range ballistic missile . I don't think there is a problem with testing that kind of missile.
