pitures inside of posts question

Ive seen this done allover here. I put one on imageshack and tried to link it, but I have three different link choices on there, and everytime i edit the post to get the right link on, it A) completely deletes all text written, and B) it doesnt appear in red, as a link.

So I guess my question is two-fold.

1: How can I just have the picture in post, without a link (ie: members photo post in BTS).

2: When given three choices for links form Imageshack, which one is used? The choices were [image for website] [image for forum] [image for forum2]. How do I know? Anyrate, an answer for the first one would be better.

use the Image bb code tags

img in [] then url, close tag /img in []


if you want a link, just replace "img" with "url"

When your on the page like the one below, you'll want to copy and paste this link:

Then, you simply paste it in your reply right in between those tags that TMT showed you

[ img] link you pasted in [/ img]
(minus the spaces....)

As stated before, use the Direct Link to Image URL. And use the IMG BBCode:



BTW..everybody, you can post BBCodes without spaces if you hit the Turn BBCode Off checkbox.
