Coming across the wires.

The Parliament resoundingly voted no on accepting the Brexit deal that PM May submitted to them. The vote was around 200 in favor and over 400 against, meaning a large chunk of her own party / party supporters voted no.

Another no confidence vote against May has been called for a vote tomorrow.

The remaining options are -
1 - A plan B (to my knowledge one does not exist).
2 - Ignoring the people and allowing Parliament to decide.
3 - Hold a second vote to remain in the EU.

Should be interesting the next few weeks. A hard brexit (leave with no agreements) kicks in sometime in March of this year.

Ummm...you just gotta love the process...don’t like the results of the referendom...why...just keep voting until you get the result you want...

They should do a hard brexit...and pursue a fair trade...no tariff deal with the US...

I am all in favor of forming some type of Union with the UK outside the EU. Given our countries past and our cooperation ever since I view the UK as more of family than a foreign country. Granted I am probably among the few who think in these terms and I have no idea how the UK would view that setup with the US. Either way my first thought is to protect the UK, regardless of their populations thoughts about the US.

More like a sense of duty to family.
