Somebody always wants a bit more attention than what they are currently getting

Yeah. It is sort of silly thread.

So "silly" that you cannot stay away... Almost as if there is some interest beyond just mocking the believers.

After all, a mind such as yours does not gain anything from such petty endeavors. No, you seem like you have some nagging feeling that something is not quite right with the Truth as you have constructed it within your mind and you wonder if maybe the answer might be found among the "believers".

Believers in the Bible, believers in woo, believers in aliens... somewhere out there is a big missing piece to the puzzle.

But you cover up that vulnerability with a hastily slathered on veneer of academic condescension.

You roll in the muck with the lowly commoners and then become ashamed at yourself for doing so, and quickly climb back atop your tower to assert your position as the one who knows better, but your crown is askew, and you've got a smudge on your cheek. You know where you've been. You know you betrayed your prestigious scientific method and adultered yourself with filthy woo... it's just your shame (fear) and pride that prevent you from going all in and admitting that it's Not silly to venture outside the parameters of scientific authority.

In fact, it is courageous and wise. Its the only way our parameters are expanded. The only way to add to our list of accepted facts which you worship so faithfully. So, all these people you mock are really heroic compared to you. They dare to wonder while you dare not.

You would have been one of the people who mocked the "Spherical Earther" theorists back in the time of Copernicus. Because unfamiliarity frightens you.

Science is a comforting thing... A security blanket really. It's quite nice to the human mind. A set of rules that make sense. You can read science and memorize it. That's comforting, knowing it will never drop out from under us. Kind of like, a comforting presence that reassures you. Some might depend upon it in the same way some rely upon a crutch... or a religion.

Updates will be made, but we will all be alerted of any updates and we can all be on the same page. Isn't that nice? It's pleasant, predictable, and familiar. Venturing outside of that safety zone can be scary. But I think it's better than watching from the sidelines shouting insults at the players.

Cool post there.....great overview

I see everything from God's point of view.... it must be lonely at the top....

God had to call a re do......do over......whatever went down with the polluted gen
pool, Scripture says it repented Him big time, so God said He'd never destroy man by water again.....

Somehow the fault got through the flood....and scripture tells how it shows again.....

But the topic....tis possible Noah had the patch but.....God has the conn I bet
Kinda cool....in scripture God said we are sojourners in this with Him

Then show us some demon DNA. Demonstrate that we are wrong for being skeptical of the premise here by providing a genetic sample of demons and or angels.

lol the whole premise is that the demon dna is GONE.
unless Neanderthals and Denisovians are demonic. we still have traces of them in our systems.

Its easy to say something is "gone" when it never existed. Much harder to prove it happened at all.

It's also much harder to prove a negative.

You know, germs and microbes didn't exist until it was theorized, and then proven via instruments capable of seeing them.

Maybe we just don't have the instruments to prove it, yet. Does that mean that we should poopoo the concept because you don't have tangible proof yet?

I love the mystery of the whole 'bene Elohim' saga, and find a real sense of connection to the mystery somehow. I've had dozens of dreams over the years which seem to show personal experience during that epoch, certainly very unlike 'ordinary' dreams, which I have lots of too. I don't want to wade into the discussion too heartily, just because I have other things which need my attention.

However, I will say that the whole 'angels becoming human in order to procreate' finds an interesting link in the storytelling of the people responsible for the movie 'Bladerunner: 2048'. I think what the Bladerunner movie actually shows us is a Humanity dominated by the evil empire of 'angels who had interfered & messed around with human DNA & compelled the human subjects to worship them as gods'. In Bladerunner:2018 there is tell of an 'event' during which all data was destroyed, and seemingly there are only a few, very powerful 'angels' remaining in charge of the whole situation, who were apparently damaged by the 'event'.

The lead baddie is blind, and uses implants to impart geometric form into his brain - the whole concept of the character suggests the myth of Lucifer, who fell to earth & was forced into a limited position (blinded), where before he had been the most exalted angel in the universe.. It appears in Bladrunner that the 'Pantheon creates humans as slaves' may be at work as a background part of the mythos - indeed, the Lucifer character is always harping on about what it is/was like in 'the Kingdom of Heaven', though clearly, his is not the Kingdom of Heaven. The humans which are referenced in Sumerian mythology were unable to procreate at first, being a hybrid race between Pantheon & Native terrestrial Simian DNA. Later though, they gained this ability. This concept, of a sentient race being created as slaves without status as living, feeling, thinking beings is referenced in Bladerunner by the status of the sentient but artificial creatures who are seen as nothing more than computing devices, fit for certain purposes according to the will of the Pantheon. We see that they have actual DNA as their base composition - meaning the simulation of real DNA was involved, yet the sentient AI are seen to be created as 'adults', rather than going through a birth & childhood process.

One line in particular which was expressed by a warrior AI played by the actor Dave Bautista (who is a far more sophisticated actor than might be expected from his 'big-ass warrioer beast man' role in Guardians of the Galaxy. As the 'protein farmer' encountered by the protagonist at the start of the movie, he obliquely challenges the protagonist in a wistful tone to think outside the box (ironically, due to a 'box' which had been found by said protagonist on Bautista's protein farm.. wonder if that was deliberate?) - that "..You've never seen a miracle", referring to the actual physical birth of a live offspring of the AI race, with said child having been born as a hybrid between 'real' human father & 'artificial' AI mother - though at this point in the movie that whole oblique commentary isn't made clear, it's something you click onto later in the film...

The entire film, in my opinion, is a reference to the 'wickedness' of the Nephilim, and the creation of artificial humans by synthesising a hybrid form of DNA molecules through use of Pantheon & Simian DNA. I think that a great deal can be learned by taking the concepts of the movie & backmasking them onto known facts of the Sumerian/ Pantheon culture alluded to in all the steles & cuneform tablets. Whether or not you believe what the movie+actual history of the Pantheon is apparently saying, the film is absolutely masterful, most clearly when you are a conspiracy & ancient history buff. Really gave me food for thought. Speaking of which, my takeaway burger just arrived, so ciao for now!

The primary purpose of the Sons of God entering into the daughters of men was to contaminate the gene pool because Satan knew all too well that the Messiah would be born of the seed of a woman according to Genesis 3:15.

"And I will put enmity
Between you and the woman,
And between your seed and her Seed;
He shall bruise your head,
And you shall bruise His heel.”

Jesus crushed the power of Satan at the cross and the devil bruised His heels when they were pierced with a nail.

As mentioned by previous posters the stories of the Nephilim exist in many different cultures: the Greeks - demigods, and the Indian - avatars are just two examples. Even witches acknowledge "the watchers" which are central to their belief system.

The book of Enoch, which is even referenced by the book of Jude in the Bible, talks about how these beings corrupted men and taught them witchcraft.

All of the stories also talk about the supernatural powers that these beings had which could have very well been true. It could also be the reason behind the focus on the stars by ancient civilizations. Each "diety" is associated with a constellation and ancient structures were built to praise and honor their overlords.

The Bible also talks about the punishment for these fallen angels in 2 Peter 2:4 and Jude 1:6.

For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment;

And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day;

Like it or not, Phage has a point -- we've NEVER been the only DNA source on the planet. That's the thread's big-ass plot hole.

Well, I don't want to start a thread to draw attention to this before it's finished (in case by some off chance it is real, after all it is in nosleep), but this group on ATS would likely be interested. There are posts on red dit by a user that goes by the handle mizzou ranger. He claims there are giants in afghanistan and that there are active missions to kill them. look him up.

no thats kind of the point here
non-human DNA came from..?
Neanderthals? Denisovians? Fallen angels?

Dfairlite, stories for years about middle-east giants
guy named Quayle (not the former VP) writes about them
www.thexplan.net...

Steven Quayle spoke of an occurrence, still classified by the US Government, in his popular Radio Show “Coast to Coast”: the events allegedly happened in 2002 on a desert part of the Afghanistan, when a U.S. Army squad went missing. A Special Ops Task Force was sent to find out what had happened, and the soldiers walked along a ragged, mountainous trail until arriving at the entrance of a large cave. Pieces of broken U.S. military equipment and gear were scattered all around the clearing. The Task Force was about to enter the cave to explore its recesses when a 13-feet, red-headed, six-digit, double-toothed humanoid emerged and attacked them.

According to the witnesses, the giant pierced one of the soldiers with his long spear killing him, before the rest of the squad could take him down, shooting at his face for thirty seconds straight.
The body of the giant was packed and loaded into a helicopter, and transferred to a secret location in the USA for study.
Based on Quayle’s story L.A. Marzulli succeeded in identifying and interviewing one of the members of the Task Force who actually saw – and shot – the Giant of Kandahar, as the event became to be known.
The soldier said that his squad, on searching the cave, had come around a gigantic humanoid with a thick red beard and long hair of the same color. Inside the cave there were remains of human bones, leading the military to think that the creature was a cannibal.

And the sons of Abel were Homo Sapiens, while Cain was the Neanderthal. Or maybe I have it backwards.

The daughters of men mates with the sons of God, to produce offspring of giant and powerful in stature, maybe even smarter, only to be wiped out by God. I wonder if that would interracial or inter species.
