"Everyone I don't like is a cult member"
Said the triggered cult member.
I bet you were a pussy on the battlefield too, just like you are on ATS.

Keep making excuses for Trump. His house of cards are falling.
I am willing to bet he will be impeached in 2019.
He might be. But no way will the Senate vote 2/3 to remove him. Not for a ticky-tacky campaign finance violation, which so far is the only thing he's being accused of that might actually be a violation of the law. (And which probably isn't a violation at all, since as many legal commentators have pointed out that probably cannot be considered a campaign contribution.)
Also, look into how the Republicans faired after their impeachment of Bill Clinton. It backfired on them big time, and there's every reason to think the same will happen to the Democrats if they impeach Trump.
True, but keep in mind even if he was proven to have committed treason beyond a shadow of a doubt, or is literally in Putin's pocket, the Senate still wouldn't reach the 2/3rds needed to remove him. I purport that rather than removing Trump as the 'endgame' (as you and I both agree he isn't getting removed by a Republican controlled senate), the DEM strategy is instead to tie whichever senators don't vote to remove to whatever crimes are found and hope that hurts their re-election numbers.
LOL. Look how well that worked out for Republicans in the 1990's. They lost control of Congress for many years.

But you have to admit, the breadth and width of the following is immense. I haven't really seen the like of it before, especially here on ATS.
I don't really understand it very well myself, but it is fascinating. For being on a conspiracy site, the adherents to the idea of a supersaviour or hero is kind of weird.
I don't think it is about them expecting actual results, at least not from a certain percentage that appear to be most enthusiastic. I think it is completely something different.
Guy Petrillo, a lawyer for Cohen, argued in court for leniency, saying that Cohen offered evidence “against the most powerful person in our country … knowing that he’d face a barrage of attack by the president.”
“He knew that the president might shut down the investigation,” Petrillo said.
Cohen indicated that attacks on him by Trump in recent months had personally stung. “For months now, the president of the United States publicly mocks me,” Cohen said, “calling me a rat and a liar and insisting that the court sentence me to the maximum time in prison”.
Prosecutor Nicolas Roos hit back, saying that Cohen had engaged in “a pattern of deception, of brazenness and of greed” that had “eroded faith in the electoral process and the rule of law”.
Pauley, the judge, said Cohen had “lost his moral compass” and committed a “veritable smorgasbord” of crimes.
“The need for general deterrents is amplified in this case,” Pauley said, adding, “as a lawyer, Mr Cohen should have known better”.

3 years!?
I don't like lawyers much either but who did he kill?
They crucified him. I can't say this is proportionate to his lying while under oath.
I'm blown away.
What type of fraud was he guilty of? Anyone know?
US President Donald Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen, who once said he’d take a bullet for him, has lashed out at his ex-boss' "dirty deeds" as he was given a 36-month prison sentence.
The disgraced attorney told Judge William Pauley on Wednesday that Mr Trump had caused him to "follow a path of darkness rather than light".
He told the court his "weakness was a blind loyalty to Donald Trump" and that he "felt it was my duty to cover up his dirty deeds".

It's actually kind of insane. I am just in awe of everyone cheering a dude getting raped and ruined in jail for lying about a regular thing many politicians do.
