The Department of Justice, Office ofthe Inspector General (OIG)
initiated this investigation upon the receipt of information alleging
that a senior Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs
(OJP) official sexually harassed and retaliated against female subordinates,
and abused his authority, by coercing female employees in his chain
of command to have sex with him.
Criminal prosecution of the senior DOJ official was declined.
The senior DOJ official retired from his position.

No punishment for the high-ranking DOJ/FBI employees, but the OIG recommended punishment for this FBI Employee, because she put cosmetics in her purse, and didn't pay for them upon leaving the store.
