Yes we've all been there, we go through the drive through and they forgot something. I normally
forget about it and just be on my grumbling way.

Not this lady. She was ready to take care of business! Man, she really needed that ketchup.
She is not that big but she was ready to take on the whole crew. You got to love the male workers,
they summon her boytoy to break it up. He looks scared as hell.
