The Cosby Case made me wonder about the Kavanaugh Case

What is there to wonder about ?

Cosby actually got his day in a court of LAW.

Kavanugh hasn't.

That was pretty much what I'm wondering. Why isn't he? It looks like they're not concerned with actually taking this to trial, even though they could. The focus is on derailing his nomination.

He is being accused of giving alcohol. In a frat scene the Quaaludes wouldn't be surprising either.

No....they can't....ask a real lawyer in MD....they literally can't take this to court.
