I suspect that the timing of this is critically related to the Kavanaugh confirmation.
POTUS doesn't want to inadvertently put the cart (the release of the unredacted documents) before the horse (the Kavanaugh confirmation).

We all are mate but,

As the Deep State players become first nervous and later scared poopless, they flip!

Delays are caused by these flippers as the new intel has to be vetted and then acted upon.

Delays are inevitable in 4D chess. Time is the fourth dimension and newly acquired info is subject to verification and then action.

Reports from some members in the know (such as a fine warrior) indicate that Q is actually doing things.

It will not be long now. The crucial stage that is being played right now is for control of the House and Senate ... not Dems vs Republicans ... but Deep State vs us.

The other issue is the long term goal of placing the Supreme Court in a position where it protects the people rather than protecting the Deep State. This is well under way.

I do not understand why the SC appointment is so important at this time but likely so as the Deep State does not try to use its influence to bugger up the military trials taking place as I type.

Even though we never hear of President Trump talking to I.G. Horowitz, I bet these two men do converse on occassion. President Trump likely asked Mr. Horowitz to not give him the "green light" for releasing any of the documents until after Brett Kavanaugh is confirmed to the Supreme Court.

There is another plausible angle. To keep it in the news cycle, to shine light on the fact considerations of foreign governments apparently are above the Constitution and we the people rights so that we can properly elect and govern our government.

LOL.... same here, I'm always looking for the " Deep State Comms " too ! Not sure I see it in the example you gave, but if I was that airplane mechanic I sure would heed the warning !

One entity that seems grossly under investigated in that article is SWIFT.

SWIFT controls identifiers for every bank in the world and is used to route transactions between banks.

Note that this is NOT just relevant to money transfers, it is used in purchases of stocks, shares, gilts etc.

Many years ago I managed the implementation of an interface to the Bank of England from RBS, Nat West and Bank of Scotland. The interface was used for CREST (shares) and CGOII (gilts). As part of the programme I had to work with SWIFT.

The ability to control SWIFT would allow you to:
a) Hide laundering transactions (e.g. If bank account = Hillarys, change sending bank to Mauritania)
b) Pull the kill switch on all banking GLOBALLY!

Before technology it took a long time to spread information, good and bad.

I was seeing it in terms of that one Podesta email about the "movie script" that many thought was a very coded plan disguised as film plot talking about the death of Justice Scalia.
