Judicial Watch obtains some production of Strzok-Page communications from the FBI

Judicial Watch (every dirty politicians' worst nightmare) has a court order that tells the FBI to start releasing those elusive comms between disgraced FBI/DOJ people named Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.

Both are no longer employed since the whole scandal blew up a while back.

JW got the court order from a FOIA lawsuit filed last year.

Some are heavily redacted with classified material and some of those were apparently sent over non-gov comm lines !!!!

Judicial Watch obtains the first court-ordered production of Strzok-Page communications from the FBI


Judicial Watch announced today that it has received 87 pages of records from the Department of Justice revealing former top FBI official Peter Strzok and FBI attorney Lisa Page’s profanity-laced disdain for FBI hierarchy and policies. The DOJ, meanwhile, is resisting Judicial Watch’s request for a court order to preserve all responsive Page-Strzok communications.

Strzok and Page’s anti-Trump text messages became center-stage amid allegations of bias at the Bureau, and both have been subpoenaed to testify before the House Judiciary and the Oversight and Government Reform Committees.

Judicial Watch obtained the documents through a January 2018 Freedom of Information (FOIA) lawsuit filed after the DOJ failed to respond to a December 4, 2017, FOIA request (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:18-cv-00154)).

First off, if you are a Democrat or a member of the deep state then classification laws do not apply to you.

Good for you !! They are one of the few who deserve any of our hard earned money IMO. At least they do get results while Congress seems paralyzed to get anything requested.. Threats do not seem to work only a court order seems to get results.

Difficult to be lawful and non partisan
