When underattack... swedes start to sing. Catchy song from the 80's
Dont know how to take it, dont know where to go
My resistances running low
And every day the hold is getting tighter and it troubles me so
(you know that Im nobodys fool)
Im nobodys fool and yet its clear to me
I dont have a Strategy
Its just like taking candy from a baby and I think I must be
Under attack, Im being taken
About to crack, defences breaking
Wont somebody please have a heart
Come and rescue me now cause Im falling apart
Under attack, Im taking cover
Hes on my track, my chasing lover
Thinking nothings gonna stop him now
Should I want to, Im not sure I know how
This is getting crazy, I should tell him so
Really let my anger Show
cause waiting at the answer to his questions is a definite No!
(Im kinda flattered I suppose)
Guess Im kind of flattered but Im scared as hell
Staring down the Deepest Well
I hardly dare to think of what could happen, where Id be if I fell
Under attack, Im being Taken
About to crack, defences breaking
Wont somebody please have a heart
Come and rescue me now cause Im falling apart
Under attack, Im taking cover
He saw my track, my chasing lover
Thinking nothings gonna stop Him now
Should I want to, Im not sure, I wont know how
Under attack, Im being taken
About to crack, Defences Breaking
Wont somebody see and save a heart
Come and rescue me now cause Im falling apart
Under attack, Im taking cover
He saw my track, my chasing lover
Thinking nothings gonna stop him now
Should I want to, Im not sure, I wont know how
Got to disagree with you, Frida actually had the better voice but that is of course a subjective matter.
The song style was different to there other songs and is less well known but to my ear's, once again subjective it is one of there best and rank's
alongside super trooper - which when I was a small child in the 70's I thought was about soldiers so loved but in fact it was about stage light's
called super troopers.
Frida also suffered a bit of persecution as a kid due to the fact her father was a German and her mother a Norwegian, the Norwegian's did not like
the German's one tiny bit after the war and indeed for a very long time after so children of there soldiers were often not liked in part because it
reminded the older generation of there humiliation and suffering under the NAZI occupation and in part because there children then picked up on there
parent's sentiment's so bullied those that were part German sometimes extremely severely.
More of a fleetwood mac/T'Pau and Floyd fan myself so I have a kind of broad taste but still like I say I do like the odd abba track.
But Music is subjective, you either love it or hate it - anything else is elevator music.
