? Er, no. The Jihadsts were never going to win and this became clear when they lost their grip on Iraq. I consider the regime in Syria to be as bad as ISIS in their total disregard for any human rights. Plus the Jihadists were just one group, although it's convenient for the lazy to lump anyone fighting the revolting dictator Assad as Jihadists.
