How can one be sure that this 'mental concept of reality', is more than a belief?
And what of this 'absolute'? How can it be anything more than a belief?

If thoughts, concepts of reality and truth are beliefs: then how could any belief be real or true?

Truth is only an attribute of the creator. Reality and Beliefs are the human constructs. Belief is dangerous because it involves a commitment that shuts out alternative realities. In essence, never believe in anything. At the most, strongly suspect and consider.
