The third eye prank

I don’t really know if this is in the right forum so please mods correct my mistake if one was made.

So first off I get really bored and like to do random ass things to kill time. So today I got home and wanted to do something different. So I decided to put the “third eye” in my backyard. So first I soaked the ground then grabbed a pickaxe and shovel. I marked the design with spray paint. I then used the pickaxe to make the lines of where I was going to dig. After doing so I soaked the the dirt again. I got it nice and muddy Then I got to work! My neighbor looked over the fence and then shook his head and went about his business. But I was determined to make this happen. Now I have a massive “third eye” in my yard! I am super happy about my achievement today YAY me I did something! Next up is to retrofit a remote controlled car with fire works and launch it in the air and blow it up.

More explanation needed. I tried googling third eye, and I didn't find anything in which I believe you are talking about. Can someone explain?
