This might earn him yet another lawsuit. According to Zero Hedge's report, if Musk doesn't actually have the funding lined up, and this is just him burning the short-sellers again, he could get sued for stock market manipulation.

Doh! So I was 2 weeks early...short-sellers are gonna bankrupt Tesla. Mark it. Monday morning will be even worse.
