That's exactly what the few "gutsy" Republicans in Congress are saying. Bob Mueller and Rod Rosenstein are dragging things out, in the hope that Democrats take the Senate in November. If they do, Mueller will recommend impeachment of the President, and the Senate will carry out that sentence in record time.

What Rosenstein/Mueller don't realize (or care about), is that they will be igniting a full-blown civil war in this country!

tRamp's definition of what constitutes free speech shifts depending on who is trying to speak, worship or demonstrate and of course, this “ tweeting TROLL orangegutan in the white house” should be banned from “twitter” at all cost “before it is too late”.

No freedom of speech there for him too.

The American 1st amendment has allowed tRamp to freely and widely share his own views, even those that are factually inaccurate, inflammatory or crude . But when others use that same freedom to question tRamp or what he believes to be true, he is often quick to question their right to do so.

Wasn't it reported that this man of impeccable character, and love for country, wanted to wrap-up this investigation in September, to prevent it from affecting the minds of voters, just before the November 2018 mid-term elections? When Mueller starts calling in/questioning all the people whom President Trump has Tweeted about, and asking them how the Tweets made them feel, there's no way Mueller will wrap up before October.
