If there is PROOF that he bamboozled the U.S. Government into certifying him as an eligible Presidential candidate, and then certifying him as President, his Presidential actions were illegal. Think about the implications!

If one parent is a US Citizen at the time of the child's birth; the newborn automatically is a US citizen, regardless of where they are born. Unless the parents renounce the US citizenship of the newborn.
