Artificial Drought Powder Brings Sun On Demand

It is widely known and widely stated that, "those who control the weather can control the world". If my little lowly peon self recognizes this to be true you can bet your bippy the big boys have a handle on it.

What worries me most is the possibility that some agencies now have the ability to create extreme weather which they can then blame on Global Warming.

Well it was black for a start.

Contrails aren't black by any stretch of the imagination...

I was recently over in Spain and flying back to the UK i saw a faint dark line in the distant sky ahead. As we got nearer we ended up flying over/above it and quite close, it looked like a contrail looks except it was black. It was like a stream of soot hanging in the air and it stood out against the blue sky and white clouds.

I've never ever heard of a black contrail.

Thank you for the account. I know my Mrs looks at the sky a lot as she's a bit of a cloud watcher so if she says something was unusual, I believe her.

Tell her to try telekenesis on clouds it's not very difficult it's just nobody thinks they can if they don't have permission.
