So, of course, the government would have to raise the amount they get, or subsidize more housing, which of course would lead to higher taxes.

Or they could fiddle with the digits on the screen, you know add a zero or 2 , considering there is not enough physical money to cover the electronic money fair to say they're already fudging the numbers. Is it that bad if they fudge them some more ?

I have a step brother who lives in Stockton. A free $500 a month is just what he needs. That's $500 worth of meth to help get rid of those few pesky teeth he has left. Maybe he can have kid number 7 that he doesn't raise or have NOTHING to do with. Yet he will cl aim them and get nailed again for well fair fraud. Or any number of other crimes tweekers routinely commit.

Maybe the city is hoping the tweekers will OD and die. How nice of the city of Stockton to support the drug epidemic that eats souls and destroys families.
