This is the judge upon which all American judges, in which all judges across the world, should look upon as an example. This man is the cornerstone of how justice should be dispensed.

Whether you are guilty....

Whether you are guilty with other circumstances...

Whether your daughter declares you guilty...

This judge.... should be the kind of judge all judges across the world should emulate...

A good judge should have sharp empathy and mind together with the knowledge of the law. Mainly he should love people and not love punishing people. When incarcerating someone in a just manner, then the goal should be to protect others from that someone and to teach that someone a more disciplined routine of life. Fining someone should be necessary if the person doesn't seem to care about the purpose of the specific law. When there is repeated behavior with breaking a specific law, then putting some consequence to these actions could motivate the person to act better in the future.

It should never be about punishment, because punishment is emotional and chaotic, which has nothing to do with justice. It's more of a mutated form of revenge. Sadistic psychopath love to punish people. Smartest of them get to a position of power and becoming a judge is pretty popular. Without any consequence, they can change peoples lives and play out their personal dark fantasy of punishing people. Justice systems around the world should watch out for these guys, since they usually make good people bad and bad people worse.

The guy in the video looks like a good guy. Trying to see good in people and getting disappointed if he can't do it. That's how judges should look at people, with the best hopes, but with a sharp mind. A lot of people stay bad, because everyone see them as bad. They are just in a role what everyone around them expects them to be in. Judges can turn these people around back towards society by enforcing wise justice.

There are also recidivists, that are strongly decided to fight against society. They have adopted to the prison environment more then with society. Maximum security prisons around the world should look into how Japanese prison system is ran. Boredom builds aggression, so prisoners should have enough incentive to work for 10 hours a day. For recidivists, both rewards and enforcing physical consequences is probably needed to give enough incentive. It depletes the energy from the recidivist, that would otherwise become aggression and it also molds in the routine for discipline and work. This can actually program some of the recidivists back to society.

I hope you are proud of yourself....your linked video of the boy and the Judge made me weep.....a rusty crusty old beestard like me....you see this is what is missing from our world EMPOWERMENT OF OUR CHILDREN.

The reference to King Solomen stuck in my gut...because it seems to me we so badly need something to re-set our crooked world.

The guy is a ticking time-bomb....could be Mother nature could be the result of drug use or injuries....but that guy is bloody frightening…….his insane reasoning and his rambeling make it seem like he is an untreated Schizophrenic.

Incarceration is aggravating to the mentally ill. The prison system isn't equipped to deal with mental health issues. Do you know how few counselors they have? Less than schools as far as ratios go. That ought to tell you something. Are we also really punishing this man for rules he can't follow? I think that's a tragedy.

IMHO it is a tradgedy we do not have a place to keep him for his and our safety....not a prison of punishment but a Sanctuary where he will be protected from the strains of a Society he does not and never will fit into....the State should be taking care of all of his needs right now...every single one...and he should NOT be allowed to freely roam where his deluded mind sends him....the only reason we aren't caring for him properly is because the Gov doesn't want to pay for him....it is clear and obvious that people with his affliction need to be removed from greater society for their own protection and to give them a reasonable quality of life and longevity.
