I don't have cable. My TV has digital antenna and Amazon Prime. I have good internet service. That's all I got.

So, I'd like to know what alternative I have to watch the World Cup. Some YouTube channels offer live transmissions but they are all BS. Also heard about some "free download" apps that do the same but they don't work or ask money once installed.

I'm an old dude and I watched all the world cups for free all my life. I hate to pay for this. Do I have any chance ?

I'm in the same situation. The only quick answer I can offer is go to a pub but if you're anything like me then you won't want to do that just to watch random matches.

Legally, I presume?

I know some betting sites offer streams to their customers. Ýou do not necessarily have to bet, just be registered, so that is a possibility.

Which country will you be watching from?

Yeah man, honestly just search it when the games are about to start on the net, ronaldo7 is one I think but there are loads of sites, you WILL have to wade through a ton of shyte streams before you get a good one but you should be able to find a high quality stream

There really aren't a ton of options unfortunately. We're a big football house, but we live in Canada...not the most Premiere League friendly country.

Before giving in to cable we tried everything we could on our Android box, but nothing was great. We had the best luck just googling the game the day of and finding a hot stream.
We also tried a program called Dazn, which is like Netflix for sports. Canada had nothing for licencing so we got rid of it, but I hear it's great in other countries.
You'll likely have to go somewhere to watch the games reliably. ☹

Yeah, I don't want to go to a place and pay expensive beer just to watch the games.

I was checking the Fubo TV website, they give you 1 week for free, then like 20 bucks a month, no contract. I can cancel it after the cup but I don't know if it's reliable.

I'm in New Jersey. Is it gonna work ?

Unlikely I'm afraid. The British networks usually require a TV license to watch their online services.

New Jersey sounds so close but yet it's so far.

Try this.

Stream2Watch.org

Just try the different streams if one doesn't work.

I watch ALL sporting events there. Has a full assortment of TV channels too, just search around the top menu for a wide variety of live broadcasts.

bbc is showing all games in 4k though you'll need a vpn outside the uk.
finding streams on the day might be easier but will be hit & miss for quality/reliability.

Don't be such a wimpy do-gooder.

If it's being streamed online for free, why pay for it? Broadcasting Companies such as Sky, Virgin, youtube and the rest, make enough cash as it is without the need to be more greedy and halt peoples satisfaction.

Impossible. Spain won't be in the finals. Spanish soccer is based in foreign players.
