Armed law abiding citizens stops armed robber in his tracks

A man comes up to some people on a sidewalk and pulls a gun to rob them.

Little did he know, a woman with a big purse pulls her own gun and POW !!

She then maneuvers the gun away from the robber.

Ding-Bat blue ribbon of the day.

This happened in Brazil according to Snopes!

A military police officer accompanied by her seven-year-old daughter reacted to a robbery in front of a school in the Jardim dos Ipês neighborhood in Suzano on Saturday morning [May 12], killing the assailant.

Katia del Silva Sastre, 42, was off-duty when she fired three times at the thief, identified as Elivelton Neves Moreira, 21. Moreira fell to the ground and was then disarmed. He was taken to the hospital, where he died.

The incident occurred around 8:00 AM. Mothers and small children were waiting outside the gates of a private school for a Mother’s Day party when they were approached by a young man armed with a .38 caliber revolver who announced his intention to rob them.

Not going to be a popular thread, since according to liberals this doesn't happen.

Although they can point out that it was in Brazil, not America where it never happens.

If it was America she would probably be getting death threats in a week or so, after massive TV coverage of how an off-duty officer killed an innocent person who was merely cash-challenged and asked her for help. Then she put her child in jeopardy so DHS would probably place the kid somewhere. And then there would be riots.

True. They would have been robbed and that would have been it, unless rape and murder was also on the agenda. Then she or the daughter would have been raped and murdered.

In other words, France sucks when it comes to personal protection.

The dude who got killed was pretty pale so liberals would applaud it, but then again she was pretty pasty herself????

She was lucky though, when she shot him the bloke had his gun aimed right at her, a hair second longer and this story would not have had a happy ending

Wow.. she didn't hesitate. Looks like she shot him in the head? BAM! If he had not pulled the gun and just tried a grab and run he'd probably be alive today.
