Hours after the Washington Post broke the news of the lawsuit, Trump tweeted "Just heard the Campaign was sued by the Obstructionist Democrats. This can be good news in that we will now counter for the DNC server that they refused to give to the FBI," referring to the DNC email breach. Looks like the dnc lawsuit may backfire.

This will allow trumps campaign to have access to info about Awan and the server he had, and the dnc server.

I mean the fbi couldn’t be bothered to look at the server, so it will be nice for someone who is not paid for by the dnc to actually see it

Let's be honest, this will just be another step in the never-ending back and forth between the two parties that is tearing this country apart. It's political theater to keep people preoccupied with a narrative that will end up going nowhere for either side.

Either it will peter out with nothing changing or it will just continue the same way it has for decades now, a cycle of hope in a political candidate that leads to disappointment where nothing changes until the next round of the cycle continues the tradition, as it always has done.

This is serious with the Awans. Between Hillary being hacked by everyone, the CIA losing the code to the most destructive hacking tools known to mankind, and the Awans having the keys to state secrets and a slew of shady dealings to probably include Pakistani Intelligence...we really need to get to the bottom of that. I say I welcome the lawsuit and whoever deserves theirs gets it no matter which side of the fence their on. Things are getting good all over.

I am just happy they are keeping all these lawyers busy. It must be a great time to be a lawyer, our government is needing them badly.

discovered, how they can blame someone

They even denied the FBI access to
the servers....all the proof they have is from
russian influenced crowdstrike.

Of note, the DNC would not allow the FBI to inspect their servers which were supposedly hacked by the Russians - instead relying on private security firm Crowdstrike.

If there was information those in power didn't want us to know about they wouldn't let it get blasted over the airwaves for anyone and everyone to learn about, yet that seems to be what is happening these days. Every day there's new information being leaked or found that furthers the narrative in either direction. It's calculated, they're giving us the info they want us to have.

Yes, the DNC is corrupt as hell but they obviously don't care about us knowing because their (DNC) dirty laundry keeps getting aired out for everyone to gawk at on nearly a daily and weekly basis. If the DNC's corruption being exposed wasn't part of their plan then you wouldn't be hearing about it as frequently as these leaks are happening.

I will admit to not being a legal expert.

But the article alleges the defense can ask for access to these things under discovery

So it’s like the dnc says there servers were hacked by Russians in conjunction with Wikileaks and trumps team, so those parties get to have access to the evidence, ie the server

2 the fbi wouldn’t demand to look at the server

Supposedly an I presented jack of our elections, and neither of these groups want the most important piece of physical evidence looked at.

And not one person either on ats or elsewhere has given any remote reason why that would be the case
