I find this video interesting and at the same time worrying. At the moment we have the demonising of Russia going at full bore , with the expulsion of diplomats, Russia has responded with an equal number being ejected from their country. When Diplomats are being withdrawn in this number it's always a very bad sign. All the buffer states that were in the Soviet sphere have now been taken over by NATO with missiles on the Russian border. If you were a Russian why wouldn't it look like the West was operating a long term plan to invade. Knowing that the West has the edge with regards to Millitary spending, wouldn't you think that the West was planning a war with Russia. The rhetoric is that Russia is trying to stack western elections ,hack , destabilise western institutions and poison people with nerve gas, and use its millitary to keep dictators in power.Untill recently this surrounding with missiles was incomplete ,but strangely it seems that now Japan is about to comply. Simply because of the threat from N.K.Are we in the Prelude to a War?

Simply put, no. Name any war that diplomatic expulsions resulted in. There aren't any. One notch above rhetoric and well below a war level.

The OP was NOT implying that expulsion of diplomats result in war. The OP was basically stating that these actions, and other more serious actions over the past few years is building up to something. The US bases surrounding Russia and other geopolitical policies in play are indicating something deeper. For the sake of global peace and prosperity: America simply just needs to go home...

War won't happen with Russia because of 2 reasons.

1. They have more active nukes.
2. Dead Hand

Then that's fine. I'm worried about it, as well. Trump stated today that the U.S. participation in Syria was coming an end.

Your solution to the fear of something happening is the 'U.S. should just go home' is not happening. Even now both a U.S. carrier and the Russian carrier at in close proximity around Cypress . Both flying at the same altitude overlapping Cypriot airspace and watched by Cypriot radar.

Your solution of the U.S, should go home anywhere things heat up isn't happening. If Russia continues to push, the U.S. is obliged to counter or lose all credibility. It is what it is.

I completely agree with the OP, in that I also see this as a very confrontational potentially military problem.

The United States and Russia (the governments) are on different sides ... with the US (government, NOT the people) being on the side of globalization and a 'one world government', and those in charge of the Russian Federation being for more independence from central global government ... in favor of a 'multipolar' world model.

The US is not being honest, but to BE honest, there is no 1 ... single "United States" anymore.

I live in the US, and we are fractured, divided, shattered into pieces ... it is sad. Truly, it is sad. There really is no consensus in this nation anymore, and our policies suffer as a result.

Many of those in power (in the US) are trying to throw us into a war to deflect attention from their own greed / failures / crimes / total looting of the common people / taxpayers. The average US citizen is not a participant in the choices made by those in control, and is thus doomed to suffer the consequences of the mistakes of 'others'.

The OP is pointing out that this is bad. IT IS BAD. Truly.

A few things happening recently suggest things are not that normal. The visit by Lil Kim to China which undercuts the American build up on the peninsular by China saying in no uncertain terms, "NK is our Friend" and will denuclearize, if/ will America denuclearize the South and Japan? if they don't then I doubt whether NK will. The Petro Juan is now very stable, and backed by Gold, this is very bad for the reserve status of the American dollar. The Federal reserve is intervening more and more in the stocks and Bonds, to stop a bubble collapsing.
Trump has totally ignored fiscal responsibility and continues to spend, does he know that it doesn't really matter anymore?, because if the reserve status is threatened he can use military assets anyway, he has effectively got a War cabinet around him. It's reported that he will withdraw from Syria and leave it for some one else, is this a tactical ploy? , I cant see them leaving this region anytime soon.

Personally, I believe Trump 'could' be a good guy ... but I am very pessimistic, and it has yet to be 100% proven.

Regardless, good or bad, Trump is outnumbered at this time, even in the best case scenario.

Petro-Yuan has been a thing for a while. It's not very viable or stable, and it's not backed by gold. China has too many fluctuations in their currency, as where the current reserves show a stability. USD isn't the only reserve currency. Oil can be bought with euro's, it is just converted to USD at that point. Yes, USD is involved at some point, but it's typically at the sales point nowadays with opec countries. They either have usd or buy usd from that country to complete the sale. The usd along with any other currency is now in hold of that country, usually saudi.

OPEC countries still dictate prices on oil, and Russia hates that but they have no choice. Hence their recent push in the ME. They want to show those countries they can do what the US can't, but the ME isn't stupid anymore. They cannot defend themselves therefore they hired the best current guns, the US. If in 20 years superpower status shifts to Russian or Chinese, so will the ME.

Lil' Kim going to China? That is freaking huge. He did it for preparation to his upcoming Trump meeting.

WW111 will be starting in the next five years. War is the method of choice to restart economies after they bust. We are in trouble with this one though, I do not know how to speak Russian or Chinese.

I feel a lot safer now that I know that general will go into his bunker at first sign of an attack.

Where's my bunker?

When i was in grade school, we used to do these duck and cover drills. We would all climb under our desks and cover our heads. The government encouraged everyone to build bomb shelters in their backyard. Maybe we should go back to that.

I think america and russia could have been better together. They instituted a disinfo policy towards the west during ww2. If the truth were adhered to. Welll maybe there would be less problems.

The US is still the world's largest economy and I expect that won't change in the next 20 years. We've been through economic bad times before and didn't always require a war to get us out of it. In spite of what you hear and read from the MSM, we still have smart people behind the scenes. Quit worrying about WW3 and enjoy life. Go out and do something productive.

I went out and picked up some home grown eggs from a friend of mine today. I also made a big pot of beef barley soup made with real beef and fresh veggies. I will probably give the eggs to the daughters and some friends, and most of the soup the wife brought to my daughters office for her and the workers. Pretty productive day, I blew nine bucks on three dozen eggs I will give away and I blew around ten bucks on a big pot of soup I gave most of away. I just need three or four servings for myself and it is hard to make a small pot when the soup bones are so big. Very productive day today, hours to prepare soup and a trip ten miles away to get eggs. It is good that I enjoy doing that, I suppose I could make cookies to give away too.

,

That sounds like some decent food, I think they call it "Potage " a big iron pot over a fire that just got stuff added everyday, after a while it had just about every nutrient that the human body required, over the months it evolved into something the top chefs of today could only dream of.
Anyway... I believe the Clown Prince of Saudi Arabia is going to meet everyone who matters, they must be thinking up something great for Yemen or even Iran. This actually got me laughing, when Gerald goes off he really goes off.
