(CNN)Hope Hicks, the White House communications director, is resigning.

One of President Donald Trump's longest-serving and closest aides, Hicks's resignation comes a day after she spent the day testifying before the House Intelligence Committee.

This comes a day after her testimony where she admitted that occasionally her job required her to tell "white lies".

Tick tock eh. So far this big 'Witch Hunt' has produced a few guilty pleas and some resignations... BUT BUT OBAMA....

Funny thing about this witch hunt, they're actually finding a whole lot of witches. Oh, and Hope looks like a smart girl. Best move on before the stink of this administration has her flipping burgers at McDonald's.

It's been a helluva week.
Gates turns, Kushner loses his top secret clearance, Manafort arraigned, Rob Porter resigned, ok last week but you know just get in line, now Hicks.
Sure is an example so far of all the best people...
The temperature is rising.

The question becomes what were those lies? Did it involve the trump response to the tower meeting. (Forgive the gothic romance sound of that sentence)
Did she lie when asked about trumps communications?

Good riddance, I havnt heard from her since she took the job.

She's not accused of anything. Yesterday she testified that she occasionally had to tell white lies in her job. I get that. No the boss is not in. She's in a meeting, she's stuck in traffic.
Today she resigned her position.
That's all. It just makes one hope (lol) that she didn't lie where it matters.

Well she admits lying for trump, as everyone in his administration does all the time. It caught up with her, and now having to testify, she is in a pickle.

Here's Muellers next move... he is asking questions about trumps advanced notice of Russian hacking the DNC and John Podesta. Witnesses who have testified to him have said his questions to them strongly suggest he has something on trump.

My bet is on Ms. Hicks having an indictment coming her way.
