Additionally there was a separate report that

At this point, it seems The Skripals were
some kind of a threat to the narrative.

Interesting how Leviticus 24 covers two topics: Olive Oil and Bread Set Before the Lord and A Blasphemer Put to Death. Now I don't see much in the second topic, but the first one looks like it has relevance to the first verse.
