Is Muellers' investigation serving a dual purpose

As we stumble our way through the back and forth about Muellers investigation, it seems the very people investigating are also wiping their prints clean as they "investigate".

False representatives, denial of documents and evidence, and general ass covering seems to be the order the day.

Was this the plan all along? If you can't find anything to use to impeach president Trump, then at least muddy the waters until all is undiscoverable.

The plot thickens.

Trey Gowdy said the investigation needs to continue

whatever he saw made him abruptly quit politics after an amazing rise into the consciousness of the American people

If I needed a "cleaner" I would say the same thing.

Kind of suspicious how long it's taking to go nowhere.

my original thought was that he's covering up bigger crimes while throwing paty's under the bus for the global cabal

The point was/is to make the waters muddy in general. It has nothing to do with impeaching Trump and everything to do with making people chase their own tails endlessly. Where have the investigations and "bombshells" gotten us over the past year? Nowhere except at each other's throats, that goes for both Democrats and Republicans.

Hillary is still free and Trump is still in office, who would have thought? Nothing has changed yet we are worse for wear because of it. We're so busy fighting each other and trying to blame one another that we fail to realize that nothing has been accomplished whatsoever, except they have accomplished their goal of dividing us further than ever before.

It would be nice if us peon citizens could have a "no confidence" vote, and completely replace all these d-bags on the spot.

Even though we just get more of the same to replace them, it would feel good.

As an enigmatic persona once said, 'These people are stupid."

Yeah it's pretty clear that Team Meuller has been told to clean up their own incompetent mess or take the fall.

Down they go. One way or another. 👍

Mueller has nothing more to investigate.

Trump effectively squashed that effort.

That's why Trump is smiling.

About the only thing anybody can do, at this point, is release info that was already collected, to reveal what was done and how was it done.

You see, what the FBI and DOJ were really trying to do, was penetrate Trump's finances. The Russian interference was just the smokescreen, to link the Russians to Trump, to give them the authority to request Trump open his books, and let them look inside, to find out where Trump was getting all his money from. They really wanted to get sufficient dirt on Trump, to get permission to go on their real fishing expedition, which is to unravel Trump's deep ties to the Russian mafia.

They failed.

Case closed.

Trump won.

I've long wondered why the same people who cleared clinton were allowed to investigate trump without a speck of ethical, or professional objection from anyone.

It's pretty clear now.

Mueller's investigation is tasked with investigating Russia's possible interference in the 2016 election.

The trail led to a different door than what was envisaged. They followed the trail.

They are doing what they are supposed to be doing and yes, some of the team have fallen due to their involvement in the crimes being investigated.

And the brilliant PTB didn't see that coming, did they? "Hey, investigate this collusion thing even though we know it'll lead right you back to us." How did they get into power in the first place if they're that stupid?

He served since 2011 and he announced he's not seeking re-election which means he will serve until next January. How is that abruptly quitting?

It's amazing how if you shave an issue you can fit it into any box you like.

There's nothing abrupt about his departure.

But you might ask why....why so many conservative representatives are bailing on this Whitehouse and why once they do they turn on trump.
