Gen. Michael Flynn to File Motion for Dismissal of ALL CHARGES Against Him

I know that some people don't care for Roger Stone, but he's reporting that Flynn's lawyers are going to file a motion to dismiss the charges against him.

Lawyers for General Mike Flynn will shortly file a motion to dismiss all the charges filed against him, based on reports now confirmed by The Hill, Circa News and Infowars, that Assistant FBI Director Andrew McCabe told a teleconference of law enforcement officials, “first we f*ck Flynn, then we f*ck Trump.

I don't remember when this statement was supposedly made, but if it was before agents spoke to Flynn, then it could be taken as prima fascia evidence of entrapment. Regardless, this seems to shoot down the idea that Flynn is still cooperating with Muller. Looks like Flynn's sentencing was postponed because it might soon be a moot point.

Two days ago, Robert Muellers team agreed that the Civil charges against manafort should be dropped.

I get the feeling that this Mueller Witch Hunt is being reset and refocused back on what its original intent was supposed to be.

The memo is proof of nothing, but it's a start to some serious investigations that may lead to some YUGE changes. To dismiss it out of hand is so far beyond idiotic, it's amusing.

New today (from the Senate judiciary committee) is that portions of Steele's dossier were given to him by a known Clinton associate, whose name was redacted from the document they released.

So, whatever parts of the dossier weren't made up by Russian intelligence were apparently made up by the Clintons.

Sorry antediluvian, but you may need to rethink where that fizzling sound is coming from.

Nothing in the Memo (that was accurate or supported) is revelation.

AND NUNES just today gave an interview on Fox where he admitted the only questionable thing in the memo was a lie.

He admitted the Memo was "wrong" about the FBI not disclosing the Dossier was funded by a political party.

Why did Nunes choose to put that in the Memo if he knew it not be true?

Surely the FBI must have told him and he had the underlying intelligence?

Well the GP is not a good source, nor is Stone this weather, (going a bit doo lally) and Alex in all things political is in another place...besides the story is not in the Guardian as yet, and they have been following Flynn very closely, especially since their story in December about the possibilty of Mueller asking Flynn to wear a wire.
