One thing that sticks out about "bad actors" is that they somehow ALL display this veneer of humanitarianism, as if they were champions of the people. Its always felt shallow and phony to people. Consider Obamas latest tweets:

Any trained psychiatrist could tell you that people who are continually virtue-signalling and showing you how good, decent and selfless they are, are masking EVIL.

A truly virtuous person does not constantly walk around telling people what a nice guy he is and how much he is doing for others. His good deeds become OBVIOUS through the fruits of his work, he does not have to proclaim his goodness over and over and over again.
