Sort of .... read up on Srebrenica where DutchBat Blue Helmets were #ed in the rear. First by not allowing sufficient armaments for the mission and second by the denial of air support. A complete disaster and dishonor. And no highest distinguish service order will change that.

I would love to see us pull out of UN, but I believe we will not do this. It is for one reason though, our veto power on the security council. It is just too good of a thing to have to simply discard, especially since (in general) non UNSC resolutions are not legally binding and are more like Presidential proclamations

So your upset east JJerusalem was annexed in the six day war from Jordan? But Jordan annexed it in 1948 and thats OK? When Jordan annexed east Jerusalem the UN declared it was an illegal act. Just the same way they did when Israel annexed it during the 6 day war.

We all know Trump is merely flexing the muscle on his triple chin in order to show the U.N that he truly meant that he will cut all funding to them for the Jerusalem Resolution this month. $285 million is nothing in comparison to the true number of what the U.S provides the U.N with annually!

This is merely a light breakfast to the banquet of what the U.S can potentially cut which is in the total $ - Billions of annual aid.

There is a very specific reason why Obama was the last U.S president as Trump will what I would rather not say "Decimate" The United States. I guess it had to go some day right?

Once again, President Trump makes good on another promise. The United States is now reducing United Nations' bloat, while increasing efficiency of U.N. operations.

A lot of our military bases and military operations are also at the behest of the United Nations global policies.
We could save trillions in leaving our UN Wars and military operations.

Here's my takeaway from the Trump presidency so far: In spite of absolute rejection from the political sphere he is actually achieving things. However far from perfect the man may be, he seems to have actually aligned a lot of intelligent people who look at problems and try to solve them.
