You are absolutely correct.

My suggestion would be for POTUS to exercise his broad and highly discretionary national security powers to rendition her and her co-conspirators. Primarily as an ongoing attack against the deep state, this depth of corruption cannot be handled via the typical channels.

She needs an extended stay at GITMO (or another black site, OUTSIDE of US law jurisdiction/constitutional protections) until such time that the corruption is purged from government and a fair trial could ensue. Either that, or a special tribunal judged by POTUS or his designee would be acceptable.

Her guilt is a predetermined conclusion. There is simply too much evidence of wrong-doing to arrive at any other finding. Perhaps he could first issue an EO proscribing the penalty of hanging for their brand of neo-treason, and an impartial (and totally trusted) adjudicator could be appointed.

My opinion why the Clinton$ get away with all the crimes they commit, goes back to Arkansas. There is a group called the "Dixie Mafia". They make the Italian Mafia look like Boy Scouts.

They have been protecting the Clinton$ since Slick Willie was Governor. They scare people so bad, they just shut up.

These goons are getting old, and dying off, so maybe they will get what they deserve someday soon. They have gotten to little Jeff Sessions. That is why he is not going after them.

He needs to do his job, or get the hell out of the way, and let someone hat will put their life on the line for justice.

All these snowflakes that can't get a life because their hero did not become President should be mad at the DNC. If they had not colluded to keep Bernie Sanders from being the Democratic nominee, he most likely would have been President.

I am not a big Bernie fan, but I know a lot of Trump voters would have voted for him.

The Clinton$ will get what they deserve someday. If there is no justice for them in this life, Kharma will take care of them.

There are only two political platforms:

1) Throw the crooks out.
2) Stay the course.

How a voter wants to interpret those is up to the individual.

The Op has pointed out the reason for why Clinton will not be charged with a crime or go to jail.

However, there is one other thing that is not mentioned or thought about:

The evidence. There needs to be hard evidence to convict a jury of the guilt. If you look at the Clintons since Bill took the oath of office the first time, it becomes clear that political bias has always interfered with any and all investigations. The first person who did that, was found to have made up and lied about the evidence he collected, violating laws and just common decency to get what he had. And when it came up, the politicians paying him went real silent. This was seen more in the past few years, from the entire debacle of the pizzagate, that turned out to be false, (the building did not have a basement) to the entire Bengazhi hearings, where Trey Gowdy was found to have tampered with the evidence. Combined with the political witch hunt, trying to constantly link the Clintons with just about every crime under the sun, to where it becomes pretty pointless.

You want to get her convicted, and I am sure that there may be a crime or 2 that has been broken, however, it needs to be nonpartisan in nature. It can’t be in the public spot light, nor can there be leaks and suppositions, just cold hard facts. And ultimately, it cannot be just one sided. That means if you are stating it is a crime for her to hide emails, then one should be crying foul when the other side does such.


That is why one is not seeing any convictions flying out the door or politicians going to jail, cause neither side is interested in doing such and it is all partisan politics, and there is no interest in justice.

exactly she`s old and her political life is over, better to just let her fade away and keep all her secrets than to put her on trial and let her expose the criminal activities of many politicans and government employees. I reckon at this point many politicians and government employees are thinking " don`t ask,don`t tell, let her fade away,and we can ALL get out of going to prison" they are more afraid of her than she is of them because they have more to lose if she spills the beans.she has nothing to lose by spilling the beans shes old, and doesn`t have a chance in hell of being elected to any office again, and besides that she`s old and is going to die soon. even if they did take her to court and try her and find her guilty and sentenced her to prison, by the time all that was done and the appeals were done she would be dead by then without ever having spent a day in prison.
why sacrifice your political career by falling on your sword in an attempt to take her down when she`ll be dead long before the last appeal is heard.

she got away with all her crimes but is she happy about that? no she isn`t she is still bitter and is spending her few remaining years promoting a book about how she was cheated and screwed out of being president.
the women is a miserable old shrew, let here fade away thinking that she is still relevant and still fooling people.

there`s no sense in anyone risking another potential 30 -40 years in politics by exposing over the hill has beens like bill and Hillary and losing their chance at another 30 to 40 years in politics or government service.

sometimes you don`t have to be innocent to avoid prison you just have to live long enough and have less to lose than the people who might testify against you.
I applaud her for her expertise in playing the system and I pity her for losing her humanity in the process of gaining that expertise.
