The Beyond Creepy Youtube Channel

I recently found this YouTube channel that I found strangely addictive.

Beyond Creepy

The name of the channel is "Beyond Creepy", which I guess gives away the subject matter and is a good fit for the run up to Halloween :-)
I am not affiliated with this channel in any way, shape or form, for the record.

What I liked about it was that it had some good presentations of cases which might not be very well known, as well as some more famous cases, so a mixed bag there. The presentation is also pretty low key, and not too sensational, which was refreshing. The video is really mostly audio, with text and some generic / stock images, so if one wants to, it is possible to listen to it as one would a podcast.

Regarding the subject matter, it is mostly related to reports of paranormal episodes of various kinds, ranging from UFO/UAP to bigfoot and ghosts. The common theme is that the stories he presents are what he considers to be "creepy", by which I guess he means unsettling or frightening.
Now, not all of the stories are really that frightening, but some are certainly pretty unsettling. Some, of course, are more mundane.

He also, in most cases, has some kind of reference where the story is taken from, so that it is possible to retrace and find the original account. There is little analytical or investigative effort, so this is mostly an entertainment channel for people who enjoy feeling a bit spooked, I guess.

The channel doesn't seem to have that many subscribers, but the comments certainly seems to indicate that those who do follow him are enjoying the videos he makes.

As have I.

I've been a subscriber for a while now, mostly good stuff.

On the flip side, I love AwakenwithJP. That channel should be required viewing for a world that needs to laugh a bit more!

I love that channel...it surprises me that I don't see more threads based off of some of those cases.

Yes, I was surprised too that there was so many encounters I hadn't heard about before.

I also find that his presentation is oddly appealing, although I cannot quite explain why.
