Intriguing.

There are so many issues surrounding this event it's difficult to dismiss any possibility.

I read there are "Ellen" slot machines in the MGM. Conflict of interest?

And what doesn't add up to me is when my hard earned federal tax dollars go towards incompetence on the part of the investigating police and FBI team. They've changed their story numerous times and are being evasive to certain logical questions about what went down.

It's a national tragedy, add that to the fact that I personally go to Vegas a lot and often stay in the Mandalay Bay. I had friends in Vegas that weekend who endured a rough time from all that happened.I want to know exactly what happened and why and whether it was reasonable to expect that this could have been prevented given that Vegas casinos have arguably the most sophisticated surveillance systems on the planet.

i think it's arrogant to assume that you would be provided with all the pertinent information in an ongoing investigation, or that you could yourself do a better job of responding to a crisis and then immediately issuing a nice, tight timeline that satisfies every nit-picky, weird question that comes from an internet warrior with no real experience in the field and nothing better to do.

Never have I said I could do a better job, the only thing I said is that the investigation thus far displays apparent incompetence. I expect competency from professionals, the same way I'm held accountable in my field.

The entire purpose of the press conferences is to inform the public of the investigation... and how is it an ongoing investigation when they have concluded he acted alone? The lone gunman is dead, there is no reason to keep secrets on the investigation if there are no accomplices at large. There's no pending trial to be concerned with. At this point all details should be made known. Unless of course the official story isn't so accurate.

The problem here is that the casino is controlling the investigation more so than anyone else. You have MGM saying they disagree with the police's timeline of events. Then shortly after you have the police making yet another change to the timeline so that it matches what the hotel feels happened. That protects MGM from potential liability in civil suits. If you can't see that Vegas casinos are so powerful that they basically own law enforcement there I'm not sure much can be said to convince you. It's the very definition of corruption and if I need to give off arrogance then so be it. People demand and deserve answers, you can be happy with the official story if you so please.

I have to say, after watching the Ellen interview I feel Campos was very genuine and I am ok with him and his story now.

Great side by side shots... Definitely no moles on the other Campos. And his face, compared to the other, is pretty fat for only two weeks. The Campos in the video was very standoffish. It was easy to tell that he didn't wanna be there. He's either an imposter or guilty of Paddock's death, and he's ready to skip town and go south of the border. If he talks too much, or to a real reporter then he'll give himself away. Doesn't seem to handle pressure well.

What if this was taken 2 weeks ago? He is slimmer now cause of stress weight loss...just a suggestion until I can find the real recording date!

Look at both guys' ears!! The tops of 2nd Campos's ears are above his eyebrows. Tops of 1st Campos's ears are BELOW his eyebrows.

to be fair the pic on our left he is looking straight forward..the pic on our right he is looking down.....I just did a little experiment...while looking straight in the mirror I determined where the top of my ear was in relation to my face...then I tilted my head down (trying to match the pic on the right) and remeasured there was a really BIG difference...try it yourself!

if we can get a pic of both of them looking straight forward....that I would like to compare

How's he a hero for being shot, able to stand, and aid police, but somehow unable to call 911 and report the shooting, so the guy could be stopped, again?

And that show? No, thanks! Might as well be Oprah....

On Ellen. Yep, no agenda here, move along.

What's the deal with Ellen? From here in the UK her and all her fans seem like some shiny happy people cult. When I realised he was on Ellen I knew there was an agenda behind it...

But where should he give an interview. Which interviewer doesn't have an agenda? I would say Ellen is as good as anyone else?

Talk shows are entertainment. He should be giving an interview to whoever is America's answer to Stephen Sackur who hosts BBC hardback.

I don't watch much TV and the last time I had to watch anything remotely talkshowey was when Rikki and Opera both wanted to be the Queen of daytime TV and even back then everyone in the audience seemed like brainwashed cultists. There's something deeply unstlettling about it all and surely I'm not the only one who sees something sinister behind Ellen's smile...

That depends I guess, did MGM commission Ellen machines because she has a cult-like following of millions or because she's affiliated with MGM? If the affiliation runs deeper than that then questions should be asked.

Lets look at it this way, pretend for a moment that there weren't so many questions surrounding this case, say only 1 or 2 things (involving Campos) were out of whack instead of almost every detail. Now this happens, and Ellen has deep roots in MGM, then we should be questioning that.

To be clear, I don't know anything about Ellen and MGM so my interest is purely in seeing the interview, I only answered this because I was asked.

If you look into the company involved with the Ellen show you'll see why it was done on her show.

Just posted this on another thread but here.....

MGM MADE Campos do the Ellen interview because they don't want him to screw up the time line resulting in billions in lawsuits.....

www.dailymail.co.uk...

And now it's changed to him being shot at 10:05 AFTER shots were already fired on the crowd.... how convenient......

It's funny how Ellen seems to know more about what happened than they do... This is the most staged BS I've ever seen.

"And here! Have some football tickets!"

Unbelievable.

Anyone find the complete interview with him walking out?

Wow this sure seems rehearsed ad nauseam! I feel for this guy no matter who he is, it is very apparent he has PTSD...

This is one of those times in my life where reality really just seems so scripted...I don't want to downplay the tragedy of this even but the followup is surreal to me!

You know, police say they found Campos standing by the elevator. But in this interview, Campos says he ducked into a door recess to take cover and wait for the cops.

It's so weird that he says he called in to say there were shots fired and he radioed it in and was "going to tell them" he had been shot, but didn't.

Instead, he "got off his cell phone" to "clear the radio traffic so they could coordinate the rest of the call."

If you are going to radio/call for help to say there were shots fired, it only makes sense to mention you were actually shot.

"Someone is shooting a gun into the hallway on the 32nd floor, room 125. Call the police. Bye!"

Really?

He doesn't mention he was hit, maybe ask for backup because he's wounded, or ask that they call for EMTs, too? It just seems unlikely he wouldn't mention it, to me, and I feel like it's a *strained* detail that probably covers up a weak spot in the official narrative.

It was once reported Campos had a universal room key pass. I am surprised he didn't let himself into the door he hid in front of to get out of harm's way. At that point, he had no idea if the gunman was going to come out in the hallway and shoot at him....and there he was, unarmed and an easy target if he did.

Now they're also claiming that he DID radio in the shooting.

Would it be too much to ask that they MAKE UP THEIR MOTHERF---ING MINDS?
