Yeah, I picked that up too, but didn't find it extremely strange. They are fairly expensive, so there is a cost prohibitive factor involved but a determined individual (which it appears these individuals were) would have no problem getting them. Believe there are no capacity limits in nevada, but I could very well be wrong on that. Further west than I like to travel usually. Never looked in to the legalities on more than 30, which is the highest capacity mag I've ever bought.
