A passport and a sh!t load of weaponry and ammo. Usual check in there in the US of A?

Have the NRA come out yet and said that if all the concert goers were armed with AR’s they could have taken him out?

For all those who died, your blood is on the hands of everyone of your countrymen who support the right to carry arms.

How many mass shootings in the UK? How many anywhere else where gun control is rigorously enforced. Yes you get the odd incident, but nothing like this. This is a sickness at the heart of the USA that YOU must all address.

So, the victims who died, some may have supported the right to carry, their own blood is on their hands?

Really? Leave the BS out of this right now. For shame.

Whatever. This will keep happening because none of you have the balls to stop it.

Having balls is understanding freedom allows people to choose good or evil.

Waking up to this horrible news like many others. He created the INstagram account 12 hours before the shooting. He wanted his picture to be readily available.

He definitely had it all planned out. More than likely he left a "manifesto" or something behind in the hotel room or somewhere else explaining motive.

A witness account made me tear up as she described a man holding his wife or girlfriend, sobbing and saying it's his fault. She appeared to be shot in the head.

My condolences to all the victims.

Terrorist attacks are one thing. This is entirely different. Trying to equate the two is misguided.

Would you like to tot up how many killed by such actions in the uk this year compared to say, oh, how many have died from gun crime in say Chicago alone.

If citizens don’t do the right thing and persistently cling to stupidity, this will happen again and again - which, of course, it will.

since we dont know why this person did this we cant discount terrorism as a cause.

In every single mass shooting that i listed all occurred in gun free zones.

If the UK gun laws are so good why do you guys have armed police? Northern Ireland police are all armed and have been for decades. The units that protect the Queen are armed.

Same argument for Australia.

If someone wants to break the law, laws restricting gun ownership or where they can carry them / where they can use them wont matter now will they?

Sine the last 2 terror attacks in the UK relied on motor vehicles should they be banned as well?

just to clue you in our 2nd amendment is designed to protect the citizens from the government.

How many mass shootings in either? Engage your brain.

Comparing the UK to the USA is a moot point, population wise and more.

Ask Detroit and Chicago how gun bans work for them.

The UK sans guns has had killers use other means to carry out attacks.

IMO the gun used by the killer wasn't even a legal firearm.

I watched the video a few post back.
That was not an AR15 semi auto rifle.
That was a full auto weapon.
He did not purchase that at the corner sporting goods store.
Can't wait to hear what the police say the weapons are. Will they tell the truth?

Engage your brain.

Educate yourself on our Constitution and laws and the reasons they came into existence before trying to claim the moral high ground while standing in quicksand.

A nut with a knife is not going to kill 50+ people at a concert.

Really?

Chinese authorities say two WOMEN were part of knife-wielding terror gang which left at least 33 dead and 143 wounded after attacking a train station in China

ok.....

Exactly my point. But you cast about for justification for your freedoms. And every time this sh!t happens in the USA, remember, your rights are what matters.

How many dead this year in the USA to firearms? More than died in 9/11? Every year!

Actually its entirely possible he did and then modified it to shoot full auto. He also had multiple weapons.

Guns don't kill people, bullets do.

Bullets cannot kill anyone until it is discharged from an item than can set them off, which again has to be manipulated by a person.

wanna take another swing or you good?

Amazing the ignorance of some folks. I have been around firearms since i was knee-high to a grasshopper. Never in my half of century since have I ever saw a firearm just jump up on its own and start firing...not even load itself.

Dude could have used a truck and gotten 'better' results. Just look at Nice last year: 87 dead.

So when you figure how to ban trucks from being used in attacks then we'll do guns to mmmkay?

It can get worse....

And has nothing to do with gun regulations.

How many people are killed by terrorist attacks in the UK?

www.telegraph.co.uk...

In 2015, France saw its worst ever attack in Paris when nine terrorists killed 130 people at multiple locations across the capital.

Anyone else noticing how people seem to be confusing mass shootings and terrorism.

Sure in other countries terrorism remains a problem, just look at what the UK has had to put up with this year.

But almost 20 years ago we basically went gun-grabbing, and now not had a single mass shooting event that has been on the kind of scale we see so often in the States. In fact America probably has the worst record for this kind of stuff happening and its just stupid to try to pretend widespread gunownershipr is not part of the problem.

I think trying to equate acts of terror with acts of mass shooting is nonsensical because they are two different issues.

No moot point. Only one point. Your RIGHT to carry. Even if this nutcase has an illegal firearm, how many in the USA slain this year alone by LEGAL firearms? And how does a city in a country swamped by weapons actually restrict them? This has to be top down and bottom up. Won’t ever happen, so your freedoms will allow the deaths of more than died in 9/11 every year. THAT is, in my opinion, wrong.

No - your point was mass casualty events dont occur with knives when in reality they do and can be just as deadly as those involving firearms.

How many people die from smoking every year in the US / UK?

More than those who died in 9/11 and more than those killed by firearms or knives.

If you want to keep going down this failed argument route of yours we can but you arent going to win this argument.
