so somebody sprayed the hallway with 200 rounds only 6 minutes before the automatic gunfire at the concert goers for 10 minutes...

the police stormed the snipers location at 11:20

that makes 55 minutes the actual snipers both 'suicided' Paddock & fled the suite 137 & blended in with the other hotel staff, supposedly there's a high count of immigrants hired by a sympathizer management of Mandalay Bay in collusion with the upper 6 floors ownership by the Saudi Arabian Royalty... there is mounting suspicion that Mandalay Bay was a 'safe haven' for radicals like ISIS, AQ, Jihadists as the management & also MGM gifted mega bucks to those orgs/NGOs...

perhaps a power struggle among the Zealot fighters & the moderate Monarchy elites spilled over into a 'safe haven' in the Vegas Strip, the 'asset' named Paddock and the 'safe-house' were killed or compromised & the unfortunates at the concert were just a 10 minute shooting diversion or else a 'emphasis' by the radical killing team & snipers

Except according to the dispatch on the scanner, when the first officers entered onto the 32nd floor, they entered by the "dead officer" 10 seconds later, they report finding a wounded security guard by the elevator too.

I want to hear from the security guard, Campos! Obviously, an officer entered the 32nd floor ahead of the first team, if he is "dead" in the hallway, right?

What actually happened?

Where is the actual CNN link for this breaking story? The article you linked says that but they also say he was shot in his right arm...hmmm...sounds too good to be true.

I have my suspicions about campos, but I need more than this unknown website.

Edit add: from 3-4 days ago, this has been stated to be a hoax by so many more!

Still going to keep an eye out though...it is amazing how often fake news becomes reality.

Battlefield Las Vegas has number of military vehicles on their location in addition to shooting range with full auto
weapons

Apparently willing to lend them to police to evacuate casualties from area

Shooting ranges like this often have tight relations with local PD - many officers moonlight as instructors or range safety

Shooting range in my town bought vests and rifles for several local PD

Likely owner was contacted by someone from PD about using their armored vehicles

Speaking of shooting - need to get back to range for more trigger time......

I am beginning to wonder also if the firing in the corridor before the concert was shot at may have been a two way range and Paddock came off second best.

Police say they encountered a dead officer (who was this? Why would they be identified as a police officer?) And the security guard. There are also reports of a hotel worker (who was this?) On the scene. Was there some sort of gunfight between them? A lot of this doesn't add up.

Yes! I'd seen mention of the "dead police officer" and the security guard encounter in the police reports but hadn't actually heard it until last night when I was playing a you tube video that had synced up the police scanner reports with videos being made at the same time. I'll see if I can find that. It was very eerie to be able to see what people were experiencing as the calls were coming in.

ETA: Here is a link to that you tube video with the reports. Am looking for the specific reference to the "dead officer." I also heard a report that someone was on the way to the hospital with an officer with a gunshot wound. Shortly thereafter the command was given to stay away from the Blvd.

So I am not sure how she got these videos because she said she was running. But this video, I believe, shows the broken window and possibly, muzzle flash?

She didn't even have/show video of the shooting, and no view of the building the shooter was in. Your arrow is pointing to the wrong building. The building with the shooter was behind the stage from her point of view.

Maybe she used up her phone battery taking the early videos? Not everyone with a phone records every concert they attend. Obviously a lot of people do but there are more who simply record certain sections or don't record at all. They put their phone away to enjoy the concert.
Obviously, once the bullets starting flying she was most interested in her son's future, not having a Kodak moment so to speak.

ETA: The hotel can be seen through the stage at the 3:48 mark and then a pan shows the sign about 3:52. Obviously, this video was taken before the shooting started but at one point (about 3:48) there is a view that almost contains the area where the shots are said to have originated. At 3:53 there's a clearer shot of that area as she pans toward the stage.
