I don't know what a Grebulon is so I can't comment. A Grebulon sounds pretty intelligent though so he could be. You'll have to ask him.

Well (and speaking only about "Planet Nine" at the moment, and not this newly hypothesized "Planet Ten") it is still possible that Plant Nine does not exist -- although the circumstantial evidence does support its existence.

However, that's why it needs to be found/spotted before anyone can state positively that Planet Nine is "confirmed to exist". Even if the circumstantial evidence supporting it is pretty good, it is still only circumstantial evidence -- and circumstantial evidence has the possibility of being misinterpreted.
