Mandela Effect - Converse Shoes Logo On Inside Now

I'll make this quick..

When I was a teen I had a few pairs of Converse high-tops.. The logo was to the outside (on the ankle) - I've never seen them any other way. So far as I know they were that way from the shoe's conception.

Not any more.

Now the logo is on the inside of the ankle - and always has been.


That just looks so wrong lol


In fact, I can't find any images (residue) where the logo is on the outside of the shoe (other than drawings; haven't looked super hard).

I remember coloring the logo in and doing pen-n-ink designs on 'em.

Anyone else remember the logo to the outside?

It doesn't seem to make sense to put the logo on the inside... A lot of ME changes don't make sense.


...and no - I wasn't wearing them on the wrong feet lol.

Some are inside facing, some are out.

Converse has done it both ways.. one google search will clear that up "old converse shoes".

Maybe the Mandela effect was that your feet were always backwards and now they are normal....dah....dah...dah!!!!

You may be confusing Chuck Taylor's and P.F. Flyers. They were popular until the 70's.

My Charles Tailor's had the logo on the inside.

I have a couple of pairs of converse.

The logo is on the inside of all. No Mandela effect here.

Edit: so I checked and they actually all have the logo on the inside. I've never actually seen it on the outside. Still no Mandela Effect. A quick google search shows me that some have the logo on the outside, or they're fake copies?

She/he has a point, y'all did confirm always both ways or at least they've gone both ways. Idk converse, ive always been an adidas or steel toe boot kinda guy.

Thanks man.. a little support goes a long way.

I'm not trying to prove anything.

I am trying to inform those interested in the topic - especially if I have a strong memory of it being the original way.

It also helps to strengthen / support those that are freaking out a little, or those that are to shy to take the ridicule if they ask about it.

The naysayers are so vehement to this topic that I don't bother sticking around to discuss it.

How can you tell people "it is Pete Townsend" when they are calling you stupid for getting it wrong because every web source say "Townshend"?
