I was thinking more eastern style..mostly SK style. They can sort it out once they have their chains off..maybe they will unite with China, or SK. My hope would be SK, but it might end up being some hybrid for awhile.

Ok yeah it's a terrible oppressive regime with a terrible human rights record and it goes against everything I stand for as a human being who enjoys the liberties of western democracy.

But I gotta admit this is a pretty crazy fun spectacle to watch.

Yea, 11 holes in one on the first time out is a bit of a stretch. I only got 8.

Personally only got 4: but the first hole was closed due to locusts; the second hole had been torn-up by mad-hyenas; the fifth and sixth holes were pretty close to the burning barn and we couldn't putt-around the fire-trucks; On the ninth hole my ball was picked-up by a stupid seagull, and dropped into the tenth-hole snake-pit; tenth: well, you know: snakes;
The eleventh was all on ice, and some dudes were playing curling down the fairway; Was getting a little dark by the time we got to the thirteenth, so by the time we got by the plane-crash, well the Mini-Putt closed due to darkness.

Anyone ever think about trying to just leave NK alone?
You know: withdraw all troops from the DMZ; stop parking ships off of their coast; and stop the war-exercises so close to their sovereign territory.
It's called respect, and not a one of us, nor our nations, has any sort of moral superiority over NK.

Also sad to see so many posters calling the leader of NK by childish playground names. Am sure many others stop reading posts when the discussion is at that level.

There is really only one rational solution to stopping this from becoming a nasty war. I believe that we should send the greatest Nobel laureate of peace that has ever been to N. Korea to personally negotiate a peace treaty. Yes folks that's right Obama. Now that he has returned from his Tahinion vacation he should be flown direct to Lil Kim and not return until there is peace in our time.

Ps, hope Lil Kim doesn't start something when Obama is there.
