lack of common sense in death penalty in america

i believe if you murder someone on purpose and you are found to be competent to stand trial if you get the death penalty then fine give you your chances for appeals but if they fail and the drugs are expired is not a valid reason for staying your execution. why should the victims families have to have there justice put off any longer .if you using poison then give him poison . if you had none left its not rocket science a piece of rope a beam to tie it to a short drop and a sudden stop usually all it takes if that ain't available but them in the tube and drop a toaster in it zap, mo toaster available line up 5 hunters with shotguns no ammo, tie a cement block to them and drop them in deep end of pool at y. if they deserve to die then why give them mercy . did they give mercy to their victims.
